The Board's office in Edmonton can accommodate small and large mediations. For mediations dealing with a numerous participants, the Board configures the William A. Tilleman, Q.C. Hearing Room in a mediation setting. For small mediations, the Board uses the Dr. John P. Ogilvie Mediation Room. The Board's facilities also house three break out rooms for private meetings during the mediation session.

The Board will determine if a mediation meeting will be held virtually or in-person. If the mediation will be held in-person, the Board will determine the location.
